Crop the tail out of the far right duck. Maybe increase contrast a bit. My 2 cents...

I did a minor crop to get rid of the tail (I'm note sure how I missed this in the first place).

I like how the duck to the left is frazzled looking -- maybe a polarizer would of helped to darken water up a bit?

Consider using a polarizer to get rid of the blue and make the water more clear.
