Los Cenotes (nombre de origen Maya) son pozos excavados por las

abundantes lluvias en la selva de la peninsula de Yucatan. Muchos están

comunicados por redes de galerias subacuaticas. Según creencias Mayas,

en ellos vivía el Dios de la lluvia. The Cenotes (Maya source name) are
