As I am a sole person, besides the model of course, who is responsible

for this image (styling, makeup and photography) I'd love to learn

what others think. Thanks!

Alex, She seems like a pretty model - I especially like her eyes.  My first reaction to this (and many other images submitted to P.N.) is to ask why you cut off the top of her head.  Years ago, books on composition discussed how much space should be left above the head in a portrait.  Now, as the result of wide screen movies and similar, it seems ok to forget how much to leave and the question has become how much can I cut off.

The lighting on her face is extremely flat.  There are almost no shadows.  If you read about portrait lighting you will find that shadow placement defines the type of lighting.  This lighting is so flat that the skin lacks texture.  Also, somehow, you have a glare from the bottom illuminating her jacket.

The background is nicely out of focus but still distracts.  You could arrange to hang a sheet or paper background to eliminate the distraction.
