Another colourful visitor to my garden. I've been trying for ages to get a

1/2 decent shot of these guys. This is about the best so far??

A "congrats" is warranted here........... the larger view shows a very good distinctive capture of this bird. I tend to find that their neck and head plumage is so closeknit that I seldom get a definative head shot and I won't even mention that black-button eye.

Your image here has captured what I thought could not be achieved......... so congrats to you........ I'll just have to work harder.
