cute lady, cute hair, a decent pose. The wall is sooo distracting. The top of her hair blends into the darker wall. I'd also drop the left shoulder and raise the right shoulder, very simply to do, just ask her to switch her weight from the left to the right. Maybe play with bringing up the leather jacket up to her right shoulder area letting peoples eyes lead to the tattoo. It's a cool tatt. The right side of her back is useless. It actually hurts the pose.

Yes I'm being very picky. It could be the difference between a rating of a 4 to a hard 6.

I've shot for playboy, Miss America, Bud beer, so I'm picky here. I feel your photo could be a rating of a 6 with just minor adjustments.
