apps 0 Posted July 22, 2003 Soulful. Very sweet face, although Im sure he has the heart of a lion! I like the DOF and the little catch lights in the eyes. I have a soft spot for Norwich Terriers ever since I saw that movie Best in Show. Link to comment
jerry_squires 0 Posted July 22, 2003 Ah... cute dog! Great closeup. One can almost feel the dogs expression. The expression on its face really speaks. The Aesthetics here are, to me, emotional more than layout, though the focus and clairity is very good. Great shot! Link to comment
martin_d._kirk 0 Posted July 23, 2003 i hate the dog... not dogs of this race particuarly - just hate this dog - not that i know it - just hate it... the pictue is okay - if you love the dog - which i don't the originality is - hard to define - WHAT IS ORIGINALITY !... like i read in a forum / thread - originality is a picture never seen before, a picture of a pile of poo has never been seen before - therefore i cannot give a fair originality point.... still hate the dog... mark_kay 0 Posted July 23, 2003 Thanks for those who posted reasonable comments. I am going to respond specifically to Martin. Martin originally gave me a rating of 1/1 and i asked for a reason. This is his reply in quotes from an email "i don't actually know why i pressed 1/1... there where something furious inside of me - beggin me to hate it.... the picture is actually okay - considdering... sorry :-)... just wanted some attention... which is a farely rare thing at photo.net" If you want attention, take a few good photos and post them. To compare this photo to a pile of poo is ridiculous. I think you are an egomanic if you think you are going to get attention this way. By making such comments, you are displaying a great deal of ignorance. Mark Link to comment
j. kathy mccabe 0 Posted October 16, 2003 It takes all kinds! You are a gentleman, Mark. I love the clarity and the focused expression of the dog. Great job! Link to comment
