Thank you for providing the scientific name.  That suggests to me you are a serious student of entomology.  For those of us with biological curiosity, it would also be good to know the geographical location.

Your image is most interesting - the plain background indicates that you went to some trouble to make this image.  I think the composition is just fine for a scientific record.  If you want to make a wall print, think about cropping the top.

If scientific data recording is your intent, you might want to work to get slightly more depth of field.

P.S. For most members of P.N. a common name of an insect might be better than the scientific one.
