Being that this is my first effort at a fashion look I would be interested in

any C&C you may have to offer. Thanks for your time and Happy Shooting

I like the pose, and exposure, colors work well together. While the lighting is good overall i'd like to see the fill brought around towards the front of the model to lighten the shadow on her neck and around her right eye a little more. As is it looks like maybe a 3:1 lighting ratio and thats a little too dark in a glamour shot, for my taste. I'd rather see around a 2:1. Her left shoulder is a touch out of focus, suggesting a bit more dof is needed.

The first thing I did notice was her bra strap on the left shoulder, thats one of those little details we all seem to miss but slap us in the face when we see the result.

And now the biggy: For me, the angled camera bit is grossly overused in an attempt to be artisic. Granted occasionally there are times its necessary for various reasons but overall, people, should be upright, floors level, trees upright etc. etc. If the model were to be leaning back at such an angle, her left earring would still hang vertically, due to gravity.

Charles, Thanks so much for your time and the critique, very much appreciated and I have to agree with everything that you said. I will definitely keep your words in mind.

Sincerely,

Peter
