Sebastien, 

 This is a very powerful and intimate portrait!  I like almost every feature.  My only suggestion for improvement is that the vivid highlights in the eyes reveal your rectangular light source.  Since rectangular sources of light are not what nature provides, were this mine, I would retouch them to become circular.
