An excellent formal portrait.  Agree the lighting is excellent.  Splendid black and white tones.

This is simply extraordinary!  Your choice of lighting, your model's expression, her skin tones, the camera's angle, your capturing of her essence, etc...

I tried to improve her eyes but trying to get on the other side of perfect is impossible.  The strands of hair close to each ear could be removed.  Great impact and visual appeal.

I do like the way the light accentuates her cheekbones.  It has a bit of the look of the old Hollywood glamour portraits, and there's nothing wrong with that!  I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more hair detail, but still...you could argue forever if that would actually "improve" the photo.  This is extremely well done.
