Michael,   I don't notice any lens flare.  This is a nicely composed fall image with good light falling on the water.  I opened up the shadows and increased the highlights on the water and added more saturation to the trees and rocks and leaves on the left near the water.  These are subtle tweaks that may not show up well on PN. Nice image.  Best to you.  Larry
