There is look of intense and ugly brutishness in this model but that need not imply that ugly subjects don't make interesting models. I like the idea of he bokeh but there is too much of a contrast between the pillars and I wonder if you should chosen either to have pillars in full visibility or to use the flattering bokeh by placing the model to the right. The hair is cut off a little too much to make me look at his strange, almost animistic expression. I wish more of the head was in picture to negate some of that.
