  The pose is good, however you end up with a foot growing out of her back, so perhaps having her hold the feet down would help.  The shadow side of her face is rather dark.  You could use flash fill or a reflector to brighten it.  Somehow you have a dark black line at the top of the image - makes it almost look like this is a scan of film and you accidentally let the margin show.

The railway give you good leading lines she is a lovely model and the over all exposure is good but I agree with Jerry a bit of a fill flash would be nice. nice work.

Steve:  I find the border epecially the one at the top and the lack of focus at the bottom, pulls my eye away from a rather attractive model. Nice shot.

Thank you everybody for your critiques.  I agree with all of you.  When i look at the photo again, i find the borders distracting.  Also, a little more fill light would have been better.  And I probably should have posed her a little different so the foot is not coming out of her back. Thanks all of you.  I really appreciate your opinions and will keep working at it.

 Alan, by the way.    A train did come and we had to get off the tracks in a hurry.  The crew on the train certainly got an eyefull  as they passed by.   LOL
