glenn_gossett 0 Posted October 9, 2012 The Eastern Sierras are beautiful in the fall. I waited a few days and was rewarded with an incredible sunset Link to comment
alfbailey 4 Posted October 9, 2012 This image is so much more appealing in the larger view, where the detail and colours can be more fully appreciated. Very well composed with great textures in the foreground from the rocks and fallen trees, balanced with the very natural and beautiful looking sky.Compliments & Best Regards Alf Link to comment
philipklinger 0 Posted October 10, 2012 Like the dark touch of the image. Great textures in the foreground and beautiful light. Well done. Link to comment
joscelyn_sylvester 0 Posted October 10, 2012 This is a beatiful scene and very well captured by you. Once my eyes are finished eating the main course I come to the part where there are some really dark areas void of details and I find that a little bothersome. If the info has not been lost, I would like to see a lightening of the shadow areas but just slightly so that the mood of the image is not diminished.Should you want to lighten the shadow areas there are many roads to Rome and I don't want to insult your knowledge but for the benefit of others: there is Lightroom fill light, Photoshop CS shadow/Highlight and Photoshop layer with dodge and burn, PS HDR Toning to name just a few ways.
