CarrieAnne ~ Beaded Reach

Another of CarrieAnne with the single beaded prop.

Good idea and nice photo. I like the shadows area at the right side of the photo. May be the light on her left arm and shoulder is too hard. Good photo.

There is a wonderful blend of hard and soft. The lighting on the back has a bold directness to it that leads into softness in the shadows cast by her arm and beads. There is a stark reality in her hands, and a gentle story on her breast. This picture is a transition, a journey, a tale across a bodyscape. I compliment, and admire you.

Nice image, but there are two things bothering me. First, there are some nasty jpeg artifacts in the dark background - that's not such a big deal because I know they can be fixed easily enough. The other is her right arm - I can't get past the idea that she looks like she's trying to scratch her back. Maybe if her arm wasn't folded back against itself so far.
