What a surprise!!! This is a 'comment' that goes onto my Calendar!!! I am glad that you have seen work that will make you 'pleased' you encouraged me, for I was totally petrified the very first time I posted an image and for quite a bit after that. I am happy to know that my Creative work has improved and you are enjoying it Greg. But you should not be humbled. I have not even begun to 'surpass' what you have achieved. But I do know when I finally joined PN that I figured I'd better, or you'd entirely 'give up on me' ;-) One can only persevere for so long!!!

My sincere thanks for visiting and 'making my day'!!! Say hi to Joanne for me, Gail

Gail, often I debate which I love the most - you prose or your photography.  Here you appear to have married the two with great success.  Creative and beautiful both conceptually and in process.  Thanks for giving license to this art form.

Sometimes when I look at an image I wonder which camera/lens was used, and although I think I could guess, it doesn't matter. You "took the ball and ran with it" on this. I'm impressed and a little jealous.

Ilia Farniev identified my picture, "Windblown," that you were curious about. It is sage. best, j

This feels like a single frame from an academy award winning animation short. I liked it right away, I just didn't know what to say. It's a very off-beat, one-of-a-kind image. Sui generis.
