steveshinn 0 Posted July 22, 2012 You can see that the bird on the right looks to have a rather empty looking depression in the crop area while the one on the left looks noticeably full. The mother bird dropped a medium size bird which was immediately set upon by the one on the left. Angry bird was a little late. It carried on like this for a good hour and didn't sound happy. steveshinn 0 Posted July 22, 2012 Thanks for the comments;About the crop; Brandi, I fully agree but this was nearly full frame so I was stuck having the "glutton" footless. The advantage of the close encounter was a nicely detailed portrait as seen in the adjacent image. Link to comment
