Interesting perspective!  Nice!

I too like the perspective as well as the wonderful use of light and shadow. I also like that there is just enough of Colette's face in the light to see her expression. Although a minor part of the composition I feel that her open legs draw too much attention, which might have been your intent. 

I agree with Michael and Mark, except the remark about the composition. The way the women looks at the watcher and the open legs may tell us that there is a story behind the photo. Did we disturb her, was she a sleep and we wake her.... Each person can make up his own story by looking. I find that great in a photo. For me a 6 Grtz Mike.
