gap 0 Posted July 11, 2012 Quite a strange image this one. I spent a couple of minutes thinking it was a hideously deformed swan. Fabulous lighting, tremendous detail but would you consider allowing just a tiny hint of the pink to bleed through for the sanity of the viewer? Great work though! Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted July 11, 2012 I saw the title and the thumbnail and couldn't marry the two. My feelings are similar to Graham's. I have to say, you don't often see flamingo photos in black and white. Link to comment

Art X Photography 1 Posted July 12, 2012 wonderful shot Niki. monochrome editing really gives this bird a unique perspective as does your isolation from the background. The only area which I would suggest can be improved is the slight blown out high key tone along the flamingo's neck line. Otherwise, great work indeed Link to comment

bandannaman 4 Posted November 10, 2012 Because the image is in black and white it gives a very strange and surreal feeling, my eye keeps moving back to the lifeless eye of the flamingo!! Very well done!!!! Link to comment
barbaracorvino 0 Posted June 3, 2013 Bel particolare, mi piace molto la luce e la posizione raccolta. Link to comment
