Fritz Klein plays Abe

Fritz Klein as a professional Abraham Lincoln impersonator. I wanted

just a wee bit of color for the flag.

I wonder what Mr. Klein makes of the new "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter" film opening this week?

The photo is very well done. The coloring is subtle enough that one can imagine this as an early color print. Color prints didn't exist in the time of Lincoln, but we can imagine what it might be like (much like the Vampire Hunter movie...)

The bit of chain link fence takes away from this for me, though. It messes with my (temporary) feeling that this really is Honest Abe.
