Another night shot. No that isn't dust on the print, those are stars!

I'm afraid this is a very poor cloud shot in my opinion. It appears to be out of focus or suffering from camera shake, possibly as a result of the length of exposure. If your intention was to expose for the stars you haven't really succeeded, I'm afraid.
