Daylilly

I found the combination of dramatic form, striking color and the play

of light on the petal texture to be irresistable. There was a bit of

challenge to cope with movement caused by wind but fortunately the

bright, direct sunlight permitted a fast shutter speed combined with

small aperture to achieve good depth of field and crisp detail.

Very nice, I love the texture showing along the edges.

Great colors, strong saturation. Technically I would tone down the highlights in the upper right a bit, but otherwise amazing.
