nickolay_lavrik 0 Posted June 30, 2003 I like the idea as well as the way it's executed. Excellent colors. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 30, 2003 george, great concept. why is the other half hanging by itself? Curious about your intent. Link to comment
panzerwolf 0 Posted June 30, 2003 haha, fun idea...i miss texture on the cut of the outer shell, and the shadows the fingers should cast on the surface... and the crop seems a bit tight to me... but apart from that, really cool ; ) Link to comment
patricia_eifel 0 Posted June 30, 2003 I just discovered your "new world" folder and I love it! So imaginative and surrealistic without cliché. I don't think this is the strongest of your images though. I agree that the lighting seems a bit off - since the globe seems lit from within, I would not expect the palmar shadows on the hand and the floating half seems a bit awkward. Still very interesting... Link to comment

martin_paul 0 Posted June 30, 2003 This is very clever as noted above! But I would like to know how you obtained or created the earth and molten effect? Regards, Martin. Link to comment
jimmcnitt 0 Posted July 1, 2003 Fiendishly good. But why two halves? Wouldn't it be more dramatic with just one earth-magma image being poured by the hand? Link to comment
Coho 2 Posted July 1, 2003 Nice piece of fruit. What happens when you plant the seeds? Link to comment
sean_driver 0 Posted July 1, 2003 Great image and reasonable well executed but I don't like the hand or the way the hand is lit. Having said that it might be my screen at fault. It's a good concept and nice colours. Link to comment
ben_morgan 0 Posted July 2, 2003 Very good! But it would be better if the 'other' half was a different half rather than the same one on its side. Link to comment
