Very interesting lighting and details. I have a (more or less) similar picture taken on an overcast day! Yours is definitely much better.

The level of details is amazing, even at the far end, and the angle is most interesting, must have been a neck-breaking position. 

I like the HDR enhanced but perfectly well distribute lighting and striking juxtaposition of dark-blue of the sky and metalic brown of the Tour.
