This is a fantastic Macro. What lens did you use? The Fly's eyes look incredibly clear.

I agree, great detail in the eyes. Any tips on how you managed to get all the individual facets to reveal themselves? I've taken a lot of macro close-ups of dragonflies and I don't think any of them have the same level of detail. Did you use a flash or a polarizer? If I could add a small critique, the colors and contrast are a bit "over cooked" in my opinion. In any case, excellent image.
