This photograph really grabbed me!  For whatever it's worth, after first opening it, I rated it 6.  Then I thought for a minute (sometimes dangerous in my case) and concluded that it really deserved a 7.  The system wouldn't allow me to change the rating.

The element that is the strongest in my opinion is that the vessels and the passengers toward and in the background are more detailed than the one in the foreground.  I also really like the overall tint you applied.
