Jamie, I understand your suggestion and it's good in theory, but the problem was that if I moved any further to the left, the trees (to the left) would have began to cover that side of the barn...or actually, the shed that extends. As is, the trees on both sides snug up nicely to the edge of the structure. Does that make sense? :-) Thanks for your suggestion and the compliment!

That's why I was tentative in my suggestion.  I suspected that.  Perhaps you could have moved a bit closer?  That might have widened the opening.  j
