Sunflower

Hi Kawan,

While I know that the micro Nikkor 60mm F/2.8 has its peak performance level from F/2.8 to F/5.6 , here is an example of the lens furnishing fine results stopped down to F/22.

The subject matter is not demanding for finer details and at this close range, and the sunflower reveals its natural beauty.

Some of the benefits of this fine macro lens are still apparent, since the edge to edge performance is excellent (a design element that is NOT f-stop dependent)

EXCELLENT image. Superb composition & details.

Lovely detail and pattern recognized within this Sunflower (a very interesting and plant for photographing). I love the golden hues obtained and while a black frame may have given the image more punch, this one is still quite effective.
