I was eager to try out my new Mikrosat BlitzBirne kit with a Godox Sy8000

flash bulb and reflective umbrella, and my father volunteered to be my

model. Hair/rim light was provided by a Nissin Di622 II with no light

modifiers. Do you think I should have gone for a more contrasty black-and-

white conversion?

Nice looking character, pose well adjusted, by the rules and wonderful array of tones, mid tones prevailing! I don't know why on his right side the shadow appears kind of harsh and the rest is so mild! Very interesting and good looking anyway!
