I like your framing and composition. I just feel that a little more sharpness on the face could have brought out the sense of power this model obviously like to show off.

There is something slightly distracting going on with her forearm.  It may be a hotspot from the lighting or just the shape of her muscles due to the position of her hand.  It looks like she has a bulge right in the center of the forearm.

As far as the fishnets go, I like that just a small portion of them is in the image.
