I took this image on my recent trip to Maui. Taking the tropical Road to

Hana, once you travel past the "wet" portion of the island, the landscape

in Southeast Maui takes on a completely different feel. While I have

never travelled to Africa, this scene get more like the African plains than a

tropical island, and I visualized it in Black & White.
