I wanted this photo to show the soft tender side of a massive animal.

Very nice work. It is a really good portrait of that intelligent beeing. What I would change is the space between animal's hair and the background. It looks too soft, and at the same time maybe the transition is to visible. I would try darkening a little the "borders" of the head.

Beautiful Capture. I sat here Gazing at this pose for several minutes with my arms crossed , and suddenly I imagined that i was looking into a mirror. How close we must be.
