Here is a location that has been shot so many times at Joshua Tree

National Park. I searched around on the internet for a shot at night

and surprisingly I found nothing similar so if you find the same image

somewhere I would love to have a link. It was taken at the end of the

last Light Painting Workshop I lead here. Had a student hitting the

shutter while I painted a shot for myself after they were all done

shooting theirs. It only took 30 seconds and it was nowhere near bed

time otherwise I think they would of minded. Anyhow, the shot was

inspired by a composition Jack Dykinga has on his website. I sure hope

we don't end forgetting about those famous photographers that don't

hang out on the internet. If you don't know him look him up. Don't

know if he was the first to shoot it but it's part of what drew me here.

Excellent work.  We have been there many times, but never found the place.  Congrats.  Best regards,

Hello Steve

Wonderful shot. Wish I lived on the left side of the continent so I could take advantage of one of your seminars. Have not been to Joshua Tree in over 20 yrs and back then it was not nearly as busy as it it now. Lovely shot going to my favorites. Nicely done. FS
