printed, I have an old scanner. Thoughts...Any assistance is greatly

Such images are purely personal. I like the choice of subject, but IMHO I'd like a little more definition in the background area. Perhaps a reflector could get enough light in without the artificial look of a flash. Also, it's tough to feel the movement in this because the principle lines are straight at the veiwer, almost vertical in the frame. A slight change of angle could make a difference.

 

 

Well isolated. On location I might have tried to introduce another element, a shadow falling across the artwork perhaps. As things stand it feels a little bottom heavy to me; I find myself wanting more of the spiral at top and less of the foreground. For the web, a thin black frame might be good.

Nice abstract. You have a good eye.
