I like the light, but I'm not sold on his expression; he almost seems to be saying, "O.k., I'll pose for your camera if you want, but are you sure you know what you're doing and would you please hurry up?"  I think that largely stems from the wrinkled brow.  Also, you have the face slightly to the right of center, and I think it might do better slightly left of center.
