I was photographing the lady in the shop and the child was there. I

liked her in the frame.

I immediately start to wonder what the relationship is, if any, between the child and the lady, and that adds some interest.  However, when I mentally remove the child and just have a lady in the dark interior with most of the frame taken by the white textured wall, I like that as well.  The lady-only version is more traditional and straightforward, while including the child is less traditional and perhaps more intriguing.  IMO.
