Nicely composed and framed. Lovely model with a demure look.  Tonal values across the image are good.  The out of focus leaves(?) add a nice touch.  Well done and thanks for this one.

The white of her top is bringing the image out of key with a false dominance.  The most important tones are those of her face, but the lightest tone attracts the most attention in a low key image.  I have darkened the shirt here and cropped the sides a bit.

Anyway, if you don't find this critique helpful, let me know and I will be happy to delete it.

Superb combinaison of cold tones, cold background, and lovely expression half the one of a young teen, and half the one of a woman... I would crop slightly the right side, in order to move the eye from the vertical centerline. A small detail.
