It is a funny effect of composition and combination of the rock and the clouds, but, for me, it is ruining the image. IMHO.

This does grab one's attention - no matter what.

My only comment/query is the actual quality and reality of light and darkness between sky and rock. They say that if there is a sense of unreality about a piece of work, a viewer might appreciate it a lot less. For me, this might be a judicious and adventerious use of filters in the field or in post-procesing?  Of course I could be very well wrong, but nevertheless this is an image that grabs one's attention!
