As for the graffiti "artists" I think they should be arrested when in action on other people's walls! If they want to do their art they should buy themselves walls and do it all they want!

Subculture is a product of a material world and I personally approve their actions when are within acceptable norms. And dear PDE, this is organized graffiti workshop :-)) Even police came for visit and enjoyed masterpieces.
