Very telling image.The thick lenses in the eyeglasses in the background are in direct relation with trying to thread the needle with the oversize twine.Also great details on those working hands.Bravo for a good image which I am adding to my favorites.

To me this looks as if an evil scientist was trying to sew back an open body. His hands covered in some kind of grime could mean he was doing some kind of an experiment,

Beautiful ! Would have loved to see face more focussed , beautiful subject and photo , however . 

Considering the size of the twine and that of the needle's eye, I would say that the task at hand is physically impossible, perhaps logically impossible as well.
