colinnash 0 Posted November 29, 2011 hi, I am new to the photography game. I have a Canon 500d and enjoy airshows. The problem I have is to take photos in motion. all the ones i take the propellers are still. How could i take photos with the look of motion on the propellers. Any help really appreciated. many thanks. Link to comment
tk_rdg 0 Posted November 29, 2011 Colin,The way to show motion is slow the shutter speed down. You'll have to find the correct setting where the motion of the aircraft does not blur, but the propeller does.Hope this helps.Regards,Troy Link to comment
gdw 0 Posted November 29, 2011 The general rule is to use a shutter speed of longer than 1/250 sec. Link to comment
