bluetree images 0 Posted April 17, 2001 I've always loved the color on this one but have never figured out how to crop the road out. If I crop it too vertically, I loose the red and if I crop it too horizontally I loose the blue in the water. Link to comment
schleprock21 0 Posted April 17, 2001 Looks like a job for Photoshop. Make the road into grass like the bank of the lake. Link to comment
migrant 0 Posted April 19, 2001 Sigh! Not much to do I suspect. You can try a cheap shot.... crop off the bottom bit so you have side to side lake and then tack the Lake ripple java applet onto the bottom. Search google for it. Link to comment
michael_grider 0 Posted April 20, 2001 I would crop the left portion of the photo, from the low point of the tree line, where they meet to form a V shape, and then I would crop the bottom from the point where there is a V shape made by the road. that way you retain the color, lose the distracting green to the left that makes the photo somewhat off balance, and retaind the beautiful colors of the sky, water, and the colorful trees to the right of the image.
