amund_johansen 0 Posted April 17, 2001 I wanted to catch our little cat "Tasse" at her most "dangerous" - when she is defending something - a chair, the stairs etc. For me, who sees her every day - it is good. But how does it work as a portrait for the rest of you, who has never seen our cat ? Link to comment
jheimsch 0 Posted April 17, 2001 I think this is a very nice photo. I would agree that it is hard to judge one's own animal/children pictures since the emotion attached to the creature often takes over for more rational thought. This one works for me, but maybe I am biased since I have three cats of my own. Link to comment
valerie 0 Posted April 19, 2001 Beautiful color, a great pose and exposure, and a very adorable cat! But I'd like to see her down at her level, with her eyes at camera level. I think it would make it a better portrait and more generally appealing Link to comment
jennybrown 0 Posted August 8, 2001 I noticed this has a strong cyan tint; I'm uploading a photo edited image where I tried to correct the color balance. Did I do a nice job of catching Tasse's original color? Anyhow, I like the composition of the pic a lot, you did a very nice job catching her curiousity. If you have a high res scan, this would also make an elegant pic in black and white. (You can have a digital pic printed as a photo via shutterfly.com; they do a fairly nice job if you give a high-res enough original.) Link to comment
