I like the image.

A B&W version would be interesting as the color seems a bit surreal and to my eye, on my so/so office monitor, a bit over saturated. So, I see a tradeoff between the color and the essential graphic-design nature of your composition. Perhaps that would be less of a tradeoff with less saturation.

That said, I like the red color on the right hand side fire escape!

Another thing I'm curious about is how would it look of you cropped to move the right hand edge closer (leftwards) to the right hand fire escape

A chaotic disorder of lines and shadows,well composed ,and the little bit saturated colors serves nicely the image.

It is certainly an interesting shot. I do feel you have over saturated this in post processing. Perhaps black and white would have been better. I often find shadows to be distracting but you have used them to your advantage here. I good shot for sure.
