koval 0 Posted May 28, 2003 No question that was a nice spot . However , I find the composition not sofisticated enought to say that it can keep me looking at this ...Colors are lovely but it dose not seem to be good enought reason for the overall to stay in the memmory. Still, the image is technically well executed and contain elements of some interest. All the best and hope that my comment brings some useful advise :)) . Regards PK. Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted May 28, 2003 Nice spot but I think the composition suffers. There are uneeded boats at the top and the subject boat is dead center in the frame. Some tight cropping would make this much stronger Link to comment
myrjola 0 Posted September 14, 2003 Rather fabulous water, but I'd probably crop some more from the left side of the picture. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted October 12, 2003 Pawel, What attracted me initially was the bright green water. I agree that it's compositionally challanged by the central placement of the boat, a flaw you could have remedied by waiting a few seconds more or by taking it a few seconds earlier. Still, it's an eye catcher. Best, LM. Link to comment
southerncharm 0 Posted January 3, 2004 Love the color of the water and depth. Great shot! Link to comment
John Crowe 165 Posted February 10, 2004 Love the way the main boat floats in the image! Yes I would crop this to a point where it is square. Remove 1/5 from the left and right. That will focus attention on the main boat, while placing it in the bottom 1/3 corner of the resulting square frame. Lovely! Link to comment
f1-fanatic 0 Posted May 16, 2004 Wow.. I need to travel more. :) On a serious note though, excellent use of subject matter and light. -N Link to comment
