What attracted me was the blue peaceful even mood. It inspires peacefulness. I take it you used long exposure for the smoothness.

It's a simple and good one. I would like to see this also without the long exposure effects on the clouds. Now the movement takes my eyes off the pier and the horizon, towards the upper right corner.
