Interrupted *

Not your usual sunset image so I am wondering how you feel about it?

What a gorgeous image.  The combinations of cloud types, altitudes, lighting and the blue to gold of the sky is mesmerizing and keeps me coming back.  Truly beautiful.

Dana - it is one of favorite images - not too loud but loud enough and the top of the tree interrupts the sky but in a pleasant way. I almost missed your comment since I have temporarily made many of my folders not visible since I think that the volume of images (almost 3000) tend to overwhelm a viewer.

Gorgeous, Tony. It has a painterly quality - like a Cezanne. Good eye, great execution.

Very beautiful! The softer tones and colors are not what is usually expected with a sunset but that is exactly what makes this one so restful. I love the lone tree reaching upwards to heaven. Very lovely image with a great and fitting title. Thank you for sharing. :)

Beautiful sky. I'm not usually a fan of this kind of framing, but here it works really well to highlight the golds. The tree tops are just enough to anchor this to the earth. 

The light on the lower right does it! All the best.
