A different angle for a portrait with excellent results! The lighting couldn´t be better, and I think that the DOF you used is the perfect for this shot: I only want to see her face in focus.

BEautiful clarity, sparkle in the eyes, angle of subject, well lit, warm skin tones. Her hair even LOOKS soft. Exposure perfect, just great.

I would have given a slightly higher mark on asthetics if she wasn't quite so centre-of-the-frame (but that is nitpicking). The light, color, expression, posing and selective DOF add up to a portrait that she and whomever is close to her must have been really happy with. If it were me, I would crop a little of the right side off.
