Hi Miguel,

Nice close up shot of this bird and his food.

Normally, catfish are not the preferred diet of birds due to there three barbs that have a mild toxin in them.

The Details provide the f-stop, but for what lens ?

the capture here is great, perfectly still with no movement to blur the image on either the fish or the bird.

 

just hope the fish wasnt someone's award winning garden pond fish.

It looks even more impressive in the larger viiew. I guess that even Cormorants are seeing desperate times, I agree with Mike I don't think Cat fish are the preferred diet. Great Shot though!
