yisun 0 Posted August 17, 2011 I really like your mountain scenes, those are real master pieces! I also like your dedications to be at those vintage points at those kind of un-imaginary time, must be a lot of really cold mornings! Keep up the spirit! I would like to learn more from you!Best wishes,Yi Link to comment

Karl Schuler 48 Posted August 19, 2011 I like the lanscape and the composition. For my taste and on my calibrated monitor the scene looks oversaturated and unreal. If it is this what you wantet, sure you got it and you got the acclamation. For me, I would prefer the real view if the moment. It must have been quite spectacular. Kind regards. Karl Link to comment
yisun 0 Posted August 19, 2011 A valid point, I agree the saturation is probably a little strong on this one, since my monitor was not calibrated. I will be more careful next time. On the other side, I feel the scene is more dramatic than you imagined, the saturation was not boosted by a lot only +5 on the camera raw, I took two exposures, one for the church, one for the burning mountain and blended together. My photography is generally try to convey the feeling I experienced through my view, I think I just had a more powerful view this time! Thanks for your critique!Regards, Yi Link to comment
